We have invested in the latest generation of 360° cryolipolysis fat freezing equipment — a brand new machine designed to cool the treatment area from every angle for faster, more even and more comfortable results than older single-panel devices.
Alongside the cryolipolysis system, we are adding the newest radiofrequency skin tightening and ultrasonic fat cavitation technology to the studio. This is the most advanced non-surgical body contouring set-up we have ever offered — and it is launching first in Stratford-upon-Avon this August 2026.
The approach

The body you see in the mirror is shaped by three things: fat volume, muscle tone, and skin quality. Our new contouring suite addresses all three in one treatment programme.
- Cryolipolysis reduces the number of fat cells in stubborn areas, so the underlying shape becomes smaller and more defined.
- Radiofrequency tightens the skin above, stimulating fresh collagen so the surface looks smooth and lifted rather than lax.
- Fat cavitation uses ultrasound to break down localised fat and lymphatic congestion, softening the silhouette and improving contour.

Treatment 01
360° Cryolipolysis fat freezing
Cryolipolysis — literally “fat freezing” — is a clinically proven method of reducing stubborn fat by cooling fat cells to a temperature that triggers their natural death, without damaging surrounding skin, muscle or nerves.
How it works
Fat cells are more vulnerable to cold than other tissues. During a 360° cryolipolysis session, the applicator surrounds the treatment area with controlled cooling from multiple angles. The fat cells underneath crystallise and enter a process called apoptosis (programmed cell death). Over the following 8–12 weeks, your body's immune system gently clears the damaged cells through the lymphatic system.
Once those fat cells are gone, they do not return. The result is a measurable, lasting reduction in fat thickness in the treated area.
What 360° means for you
Older cryolipolysis devices cool the area from one or two sides. A 360° applicator wraps the tissue in cooling plates, treating more fat evenly and reducing the risk of uneven results. It also shortens treatment time and improves comfort during the session.
What to expect

- • A protective gel pad is applied, then the applicator draws the tissue into the cup.

Every body is different, so every protocol is personalised. Here are the three most common combination journeys we plan for clients at Lanesse:

Fat-first protocol
Best for: stubborn fat pockets, post-baby tummy, love handles.
3–4 cryolipolysis sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart, with cavitation between sessions to accelerate inch loss. RF added at the end to tighten the skin.
Smooth
Skin-first protocol
Best for: loose skin after weight loss, crepey texture, cellulite.
6–8 RF sessions weekly, then 2–4 cavitation sessions to refine contour. A single cryolipolysis session can be added if a localised fat pocket remains.
Total
Complete contour protocol
Best for: full-body transformation, pre-wedding, postpartum reboot.
A 12-week programme combining cryolipolysis, cavitation and RF in a rotating schedule. This is the most comprehensive non-invasive transformation we offer.

- • The treatment is performed in a private, calm room. Most clients read, listen to music or simply relax.
- • Afterwards, you receive written aftercare and a recommended schedule for your next session.
