Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Drain, de-bloat, define
Specialist lymphatic drainage massage in Stratford-upon-Avon — the treatment that makes every sculpting session work harder, in our private studio.

Why I trained in lymphatic drainage massage
I started training because of my own symptoms
I'm Lana, the founder and practitioner here at Lanesse Wellness in Stratford-upon-Avon. I first became interested in lymphatic drainage massage because of how I was feeling in my own body: waking up puffy, bloated by mid-morning, constantly sluggish and tired — and no change in diet or exercise seemed to make a lasting difference.
Learning how the lymphatic system works changed everything for me. Unlike the circulatory system, it has no pump of its own. When we sit a lot, travel, are stressed or go through hormonal change, fluid and waste can accumulate and become stagnant — and that stagnation shows up in many different ways.

I was already studying Biological Medicines, and that led me to train in delivering lymphatic drainage massage. I began applying it in my own life and found real relief, especially around my menstrual cycle. It made me want to bring that same relief to other women.
Now the best part of my work is seeing that same shift in my clients: less bloating, less puffiness in the legs and face, more energy, better sleep and a general feeling of wellness. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please feel free to reach out.
Better together
The finisher for every treatment
Fat freezing, cavitation, HI-EMT and radiofrequency all release fat and waste into your system. Lymphatic drainage is how it leaves — which is why clients who add it see faster, smoother results.
With 4K fat cavitation
Cavitation breaks fat cells open — drainage is what carries that fat away. Booked within 24 hours, it's the single biggest boost to your inch loss.
With 360° fat freezing
Speeds clearance of frozen fat cells and settles the swelling and numbness that follow a cryolipolysis cycle.
With HI-EMT muscle sculpting
Clears lactic acid and metabolic waste after 20,000 contractions, so you feel lighter and less sore the next day.
With radiofrequency & red light
Moves the fluid and waste RF mobilises, keeping skin tightening results smooth and even.

Safety first
Is lymphatic drainage massage right for you?
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that moves fluid through the lymphatic system. It is very safe, but because it increases lymph flow it isn't suitable for everyone. Please tell Lana before your appointment if any of the following apply:
- • Active or recent cancer, or lymph nodes removed, without clearance from your specialist
- • Congestive heart failure or kidney failure
- • Blood clots, DVT, thrombosis or a clotting disorder
- • Acute infection, cellulitis, fever or feeling unwell
- • Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
- • Recent surgery or injury in the treatment area
- • Broken, inflamed or infected skin, or an active skin condition over the area
- • First trimester of pregnancy (later pregnancy with GP approval)
- • Uncontrolled asthma or thyroid conditions
- • Under 18
If you are unsure, or you are under the care of a GP or consultant, please check with them first. Lana takes a full medical history at your free consultation and will always be honest if a treatment is not suitable. This is general guidance, not medical advice.
